I was able to eliminate all the wrong answers and choose the correct answer. However, the correct answer confuses me.
My understanding is that since Sally didn't directly say there's a linkage between the alcohol problem and fraternities, there might be other reasons why she wants to transfer. And Yolanda presumes Sally wants to transfer because she thinks no fraternities = no alcohol problem?

While you're right that she never explicitly says this, I think we can conclude that she does see that no Greek life means no alchoholism. That is, I think that's a necessary assumption of her argument. She tells us she wants to transfer because of the alcohol issue, and therefore she wants to transfer to somewhere without fraternities. In the context of this argument, it only makes sense if she thinks that those two things are causally related. Y then attacks this implicit assumption.
Admittedly in the real world one could easily see many other reasons why someone may want to transfer somewhere without Greek life, but based on what she says, she must think they are a cause of the alcohol issue.
