Hi @JayDee8732. This is a Weaken question.
The stimulus presents an argument, as follows:
P: Loggerhead turtles live and breed in distinct groups, some Pacific and some Atlantic.
P: 95% of the DNA samples taken from Baja turtles match those taken from turtles at Japanese nesting sites.

Answer choice (D) weakens this argument by stating that 95% of the DNA samples taken from the Baja turtles match those taken from Atlantic loggerhead turtles. If this is true, then the conclusion in the stimulus (about juvenile *Pacific* loggerhead turtles) is weakened.
