How do you negate a suff/necessary statement like answer choice e?

In my head: PMC> not PC NEGATED is Not PMC > PC However, an explanation by a previous instructor doesn't negate this way, unless I have misread. Cheers and thanks!

    @kristensmith04 The ~ symbol means "not." Just like the - symbol, it's another way to write this.
