Why is B wrong?

Hi, I don't think that the author has to agree with B. In fact I think that author notes that some foreign made parts are in fact reliable, and likely suitable for use in this country's cars. This shows that B is not something the author has necessarily assumed in their argument, since they actually agree with a statement that conflicts with B.
