Equal Numbers?

Within G's argument, they state that the same number of each medium was submitted for selection to the show. Does 'B' imply that there would normally be more submissions of the other two mediums if it were the case that the cost of all submissions regardless of medium were the same?

    Hi, G does not actually tell us that there were more photos submitted, but that more photographers submitted works. Perhaps each photographer submitted 10 each, but each of the other kinds of artists submitted only one each. We have no idea about that counterfactuals here.
