Answer choice A suggests that prosecutors are judged based on their quantity of good cases. Maybe they could get two or three convictions in the time it takes to make a computer crime conviction. It makes sense that they would seek cases that are quicker and easier. Just as a clarification, answer choice A stated the number of GOOD cases made.... Which I thought indicated the quality of cases not the over all quantity... am I wrong?
