I understood the conclusion to read that other languages that have fewer words for a color must be unable to distinguish as many colors as the English language. So I looked for an instance that would disprove that. And answer choice A saying that the Russian language has two words for “blue” disproved the conclusion, which is method 2 in the lesson; conclusion doesn’t follow. I try to make sure I take note and apply the Key Takeaway part of the answer breakdowns and it been helping!

    Hi @brandybailey93, I think the confusion here stems from the answer choice. A tells us that Russian has more words than English does for blue, but English speakers are able to distinguish between types of blue. This is an instance of a language with more words for a color than English, however our conclusion only relates to languages with fewer words for color than English.
