I thought the answer choice was, "taking a claim that is sufficeint to bring a result that it guarantees the result" was the answer. How I came to this answer, The stimulus says that what is needed by definition to be considered dominant is 50% so if the company maintains 50% they will be dominant. Doesn't this describe the flaw?

Thanks for the question! So the problem here is that the author says the soft drink is dominant (which is defined in the stimulus as over 50%, which means we have to take that as the definition). But those people only believe that the drink dominates the market. The consumers’ believing it doesn’t mean it actually does dominate the market. And that’s more in line with (D).
