Answer Choice B v Answer Choice E

I can understand why Answer Choice B is correct, but I was confused between B and E. Could you explain why E is wrong.

    Hi @ankita96, Happy to help! Answer choice (E) is incorrect because the development of informed opinions is the necessary condition for the survival of democracy, not the sufficient condition. Democracy survive --> Average citizen develop informed opinions e.g. about science Answer choice (E) is just a reversal of the diagrammed statement.
