Hi, when there is a scenario given for the question, do the rules for the questions go out the window for this specific question?

    @MetriaD absolutely not! These questions are just adding an additional restriction. This is in addition to the rules that have already been stated. If the question wants you to ignore previous restrictions, it will explicitly say so. Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
