Literally no one is intemperate?

For this question, is it not accurate to feel that explanations in both the video and the answer text kind of miss the straightforward deduction and unnecessarily complicating things? See below: 1) Anyone who is not a Montague is intemperate 2) ... no Montague is intemperate... That means that everyone - literally everyone in the universe - is intemperate. Why even try to find transitive deductions when you can easily conclude that literally everyone, up to and including Capulets, are intemperate?
