Yeah guys I need a video explanation. I picked C and don't see how A is the correct answer.

The issue with C is when it states "total number." The argument only discusses percentages, so we cannot make any conclusions about total numbers. Even if the total number of ducks in the lakes were far different, it's still possible for all of the information in the stimulus to still hold. There could be 1000 ducks in the eastern lake, and 650 of them could be male. There could then be 1 million ducks in the western lake, which would mean 550,000 of them are male. Thus, it's actually possible to have 550,000 male ducks in the western lake compared to 650 male ducks in the eastern lake, so it doesn't have to be true that the total number of male ducks is greater in the eastern lake than the western lake.
A works great because the eastern lake has a larger gap between males and females than the western lake does. From this, we know that the eastern lake has to have a greater percentage of adult male ducks than the western lake. This means that the western lake has to have a lower percentage of adult male ducks than the eastern lake does. This is why A must be true, so this is the correct answer choice.
