How are the premises suppose to be set up?

Hi @Cameron-Kallina, We are told two things by the stimulus: Premise 1: If an immoral action is performed in public, it offends public sensibilities. Premise 2: All immoral actions are accompanied by feelings of guilt. Now, you want to look for the answer choice which must be false based on what we know. Answer (A) is correct. The two premises above are separate, aka we know that if an IA is done in public, it will offend AND separately we know that all IA's come with guilt. This answer choice says that some IA's do not come with guilt, so it must be wrong. Answer (B) is incorrect. There is nothing in the stimulus telling us that IA's are wrong. Answer (C) is incorrect. This answer choice is about actions which offend the public sensibilities if done in public, NOT about IA's. We do not know that these are the same thing. Answer (D) is incorrect. This answer choice focuses on things that are not IA's which we are not told about in the stimulus. Answer (E) is incorrect. This is an odd reversal/combination of the premises. We are not told this.
