How are E or D not the answers to this question?

Both (E) and (D) confuse the necessary and sufficient premises in the question. Speaking to (E) there must be sophisticated listeners in the audience for there to be an inspired show, but having sophisticated listeners does not guarantee an inspired show. To (D), the argument says that there must be sophisticated listeners for a show to be good, but that doesn't mean that all of the listeners must be sophisticated or that if there are any unsophisticated listeners that the show won't be good. Does that help?

For answer choice B: how would you diagram it (an if statement and a no statement). Would it be: Not Good show --> None Understand their musical roots in the audience. Or do you have to pick one as a sufficient condition and then negate the necessary?

For (B), do you diagram the second part of the sentence as the sufficient? " ....if the audience will not be treated to a good show." With the rest of the sentence before this part, as the necessary?
