I watched the video, but still need help with the question. Why is C incorrect?

    Thanks for your question @Shiyi-Zhang C is incorrect because of the first sentence in the problem, which states that "All any reporter knows about the accident is what the press agent has said." In other words, any given reporter could only have gotten their information from the press agent.
