How does the first sentence invoke a conditional statement? Also wouldn't the first sentence be a subsidiary conclusion?

    Hi Sameer and Ryn, so the first sentence invokes a conditional statement when it says "Parents who .....". Remember that "people who" or "everyone who" or "x group who" invokes a sufficient condition. So our first sentence would be If want to provide strong foundation -> should give musical education.
