Where does it say all?

I don’t understand where in the conclusion the author says that all computer scientists appreciate the advancements. It says that only computer scientists are capable of me but not that all of them actually do.

@Pir2h, thank you for your question,
The argument tells us that "only those who appreciate the advances in tech are computer scientists." Sometimes it helps to map it to a phrase that you already know is true, "only those who took the LSAT are in law school" or "only those who were born are alive"
The phrase "only those" introduces a sufficient condition. So, to map it, it would logically be the same as "All computer scientists appreciate ..." or "all people in law school took the LSAT" or "all people who are alive were born."
