How is it an or statement?

I am confused on how it became that PT --> BSL or Gold and why it could not be PT ---> BSL and Gold. Otherwise it does not state whether one or the other ship could be docked at a time.

    Hi, I'm not sure if it's possible that more than one ship can be docked, but I also don't see why it couldn't be true. That said, it isn't actually relevant to the right answer. We know that the coral is a gold star, so it must be newer than 1980.
