Second Sentence Structure

Hi, I am a little confused on the word "since" and have hence structured the second sentence differently. I got the same result, but with the inverse and wanted to know if it was still correct!
For the sentence "Since no one who enjoys a wide variety of foods and spices prefers bland foods to all other foods"
I took since starting the necessary part of the section and made it
Prefers bland foods > does not WFS
With the contrapositve being: enjoys WFS > does not PBF
The example shows this as well, but the two are reversed. Is this still correct or flawed reasoning? How do I structure "since" sentences? Thank you!

Happy to help. The word "since" doesn't introduce sufficient or
necessary premises; rather, the word "since" signals a premise of an
argument.
The sentence in question is "Since no one who enjoys a wide variety of
foods and spices prefers bland foods to all other foods..."
the words "no one" indicates a negation of the necessary condition.
Enjoys a wide variety of foods and spices - >Do not prefer bland foods
to all other foods
The contrapositive of this is
Prefer bland foods to all other foods - >Do not enjoy a wide variety of
foods and spices
Make sure you remember that "since" just introduces a premise. It does
not introduce the sufficient or necessary condition of a conditional
statement.
