Why would "it is easy to get subsidies for propaganda, but no one will subsidize honest journalism" become
Subsidized -> not honest journalism
Honest journalism -> not subsidized

@MEIXOXT because "no As are Bs" is diagrammed as follows:
A ==> not B
B ==> not A
Therefore, "no one will subsidize honest journalism" would be diagrammed as follows:
S ==> not HJ
HJ ==> not S
