I did not diagram like I normally would for this question. I simply wrote this: -Some are not living up to intellectual and moral responsibilities and some are. - Some Universities sell Publications other than the gossip and daily news (whatever was stated in the passage). It was inferred that some Universities do not live up to moral and intellectual responsibilities. I believe answer A only stated responsibilities while in other answer they included the students responsibilities which was not the point. It was specifically talking about the universities responsibilities. I got the answer correct
