Confused about this

I tried to do this on my own and also watched the video but didn't really understand how production structure and the market transforming had anything to do with the initial premises so I don't know how to answer it.

    @MEIXOXT not sure I am understanding your question here. I would recommend watching the video explanation again because everything follows directly from the S & N statements set forth in the stimulus. Please let us know if you are still confused after you rewatch the video.
