Hi, I digramed it as 10%up--> not bankrupt. Can someone please explain what rule makes that incorrect. I watched the video, but it didn't explain why that setup was wrong.

Hi, the passage tells us that to avoid bankruptcy the must up their profits by 10 percent. That is, it's necessary to increase to avoid bankruptcy. This is radically different from saying that increasing profits by 10 percent will guarantee they avoid bankruptcy. Perhaps their costs rise by 1000 percent.
