Stimulus

I have a general question that I hope I can get help with. I am finding it a bit difficult to understand at what point are sufficient and necessary terms being used in their capacity. For example in the first sentence of this stimulus I thought the word "all" was being used as a sufficient term so when diagramming I put what came after "all" first, then NFTB as the necessary condition when in reality it was the opposite. How do I know when the terms/conditions taught in the Sufficient and Necessary video apply or come into play?
