refreshing quizzes

How do I restart my quizzes???- without restarting all of my progress in the section? I messed up on a quiz and I need to reset it for accuracy. - Also, where on the site can I contact someone? Is there a website modifier who we can message when we don't understand how to get to something on the site. Because whoever I spoke to on the "chat" unfortunately was not able to provide efficient support.
