Why not C?

@emmag1, the biggest problem with (C) is that it says "it is implied by..." The assertion that the question refers to cannot be implied because it is explicitly stated in the question. Further, the ethicist's belief that clones are not sub-people would in no way imply that "it is not illegal to use one person..." In fact, they're two very disconnected thoughts within the discussion.
